Major League Baseball has announced some pretty significant changes for the 2009 World Series, and they’ll likely make both MLB fans and baseball bettors happy.
Games will start earlier – a great thing for school-aged fans – and for the first time ever, the Fall Classic will be scheduled to run into November. (The 2001 Fall Classic went into November only because the season was delayed one week because of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.)
What it means is that the 2009 World Series will start Oct. 28, 2009, with Game 4 being played Sunday, Nov. 1 and, if necessary, Game 7 on Nov. 5.
For online sports betting fans, it means the busiest period on the sports calendar will last a little longer, which means more options for sports bettors.
When the World Series concludes in the first week of November, all three of the other major sports – NFL Football, NBA Basketball, and NHL Hockey – will be in play.
MLB Commissioner Bud Selig explored options to include day games as opposed to just night games. Instead, he’s decided to move the start times of the games before 8 pm ET for the first time in 30years.
Weeknight games in the World Series and AL Championship Series will begin at 7:57 pm ET, more than a half-hour before last year’s first-pitch times.
Last year’s World Series had scheduled starts from 8:29 p.m. to 8:35 p.m. ET, and times ranged from 3 hours, 5 minutes for Game 2 to 3:41 for rain-delayed Game 3 in Philadelphia, which began at 10:06 pm and didn’t end until 1:47 am.
There are a number of reasons for the changes.
The main one is record-low ratings for last year’s World Series between the Philadelphia Phillies and Tampa Bay Rays, prompting Major League Baseball and FOX to make changes.
The moves figure to give children a chance to watch more on school nights, and should benefit adults who need to get up early.

Filing for bankruptcy online is not an actual deed that can be done. You can certainly find bankruptcy forms online, buy software to complete your bankruptcy forms online or have your bankruptcy lawyer submit your bankruptcy forms online – however, if you prepare your forms, you can’t file them online, you have to take them to the courthouse.
Each court requires a different amount of copies to be filed in addition to your petition the creditor matrix has to be submitted a certain way which is different for each court.
Do It Yourself – You can choose to complete your bankruptcy petition yourself, you will have to research local bankruptcy rules and determine where you need to file your petition. You will also need to find the bankruptcy expemptions available in your state to use to protect your property.
Representing yourself at the 341 hearing is also your responsibility if you prepare your own bankruptcy forms. Representing yourself saves money, but it can be daunting if you are not familiar with bankruptcy law.
Hire An Attorney – You can also hire a bankruptcy attorney, they will look over your assets, debts and income, advise you on the chapter of bankruptcy that is right for you, after gathering your information they will fill out the bankruptcy petition and file it at the courthouse.
Your attorney will also accompany you to your 341 meeting. Hiring an attorney is the easiest option for saving you aggravation, it is often high on cost – and for those who can’t pay basic expenses, paying for an attorney may not be possible.

The Internet, and more so the broadband Internet, have revolutionized the way we live and work as never before. It has opened up undreamt of possibilities; its potential for more new possibilities is growing at unprecedented speed. You could never have imagined that a cardiovascular surgery could be conducted under live video supervision and guidance of a surgeon sitting in a far off place. Or, in the foreign exchange capital market, transaction of sale and purchase of important currencies worth billions and trillions of dollars daily could take place in a matter of seconds. Such examples can be multiplied to no end. All this has become possible with the advent of broadband Internet.
Broadband Internet is like a wide highway that allows for speedy and smooth traffic for thousands of vehicles running in many directions round the clock. Broadband internet has been facilitated by satellite transmission of data. This kind of transmission allows many modes of communication. You can transfer your data containing lengthy files of texts, photographs, music, video, audio, graphics and different kinds of pictures. You can also make instant financial transactions, or just exchange pleasantries. Broadband facilitates all this through encryption and decryption techniques, which secure your privacy.
Compare broadband Internet and dialup modem connections and you will quickly see how slow the dialup paradigm is. Imagine uploading a long e-book or a Photoshop file with a dialup modem connection. It takes ages, as it were. An ordinary music file that can be transferred in seconds through broadband Internet takes many minutes via a dialup modem connection. Broadband Internet enables you to transfer your data 10 to 20 times faster. Through broadband Internet the data can be transferred in the speed range of 256Kb/sec to 10Kb/sec. The transmission takes place instantaneously at the click of the mouse.
As if that wasn’t enough, the speed at which new technologies are being inducted into the field of broadband Internet will make it more useful than ever before.
Broadband provides detailed information on Broadband, Broadband Phones, Broadband Speeds, Broadband Internet and more. Broadband is affiliated with Broadband Satellite Internet.

Exotic Car Rental Breakdown
Renting an exotic car isn’t an simple conclusion to partake in. If you enjoy automobiles, more than likely you’d have interest in an exotic car rental. Magnificent, exotic car rentals are a luxury not available to anyone. Cost is the decisive factor, of course, and this is where renting an exotic car comes into play. Spending this kind of money will wake up anyone, even those who have to use a CPAP sleep apnea machine.
A possible roadblock in your quest to rent an exotic car is the real rental cost itself. Expect to spend anywhere from a several hundred bucks to several thousand a day. No chump change, I know, but let’s break this . Our example car will be a Ferrari F430, a premier exotic with arguably the greatest pedigree in automotive history.
A brand new Ferrari F430 costs a good two hundred grand; possibly about $30-40k less for a used version. So, lets say the monthly car note is $1500-2000. Again, expensive as a mofo for 99% of the population. Peculiarly, this is the same amount of cash you’d expect to spend for a single day’s rental! If after you factor in the cost of buying a Ferrari outright from a dealer to renting it from an exotic car rental firm, the price comes out to be fair by most accounts.
I recommend living on a budget to save up, and endulging in an exotic car rental at least once–birthdays are presentable–just to experience it. I’ve rented exotics a few times and, I can tell you renting an motorcar of this order of magnitude is well worth the cost of admission. It’s like getting Botox without the enduring committal: a Botox alternatives to the real thing, to put it another way.

Every year, joint replacements are given to many Americans. It is a way for elderly people, and for those who have overused their joints, to get more years of activity and enjoyment out of their lives. Patients trust that a procedure such as this is so common and routine, they don’t question their doctors opinions nor do they question the manufacturers of their joint replacements about the quality of the product being implanted into them. This has tended to cause practices which could even produce damage to you or those you care about. If you are acquainted with anyone who has gotten a hip replaced, continue reading this crucial information on the maker, zimmer hip class action.
The modern hip replacement operation has been taking place since the 1970’s, which is why the idea may seem so commonplace to you. A hip replacement, such as those from Zimmer Durom, most commonly involves three separate pieces, designed to mimic how a natural knee joint would. They include a metal replacement for part of the femur. A bone cement or screws to hold the contraption in place allows movement like the joint naturally would.
Click here in order to check over more information about the zimmer hip recall
A further surgery to correct issues with the implant or the need for revision is the one of the most common issues with hip replacements. Many older and even some young and healthy patients just can’t tolerate it, unfortuately. It is the focus of the Zimmer zimmer hip. The Durom implant was supposed to be durable and was understandably, advocated for younger recipients, whose conditions warranted such surgeries. It created a bit of controversy that two years later, nearly 12% of the patients needed to be operated on again.
If you or someone you know has had a hip replacement surgery in the last several years, ask your doctor if it was a Zimmer Durom. If it was, even if you have not had a failure of your hip replacement yet, you may be able to join a class action law suit. If you are contacted by Durom, do not sign their legal release, or you may lose this right.

Everyone’s a poet.
Of course, everyone’s a critic, too! This means that
there are plenty of opportunities to heighten our awareness
of words and how we use them.
Words create pictures, and just as a painter uses a combination
of colors and strokes to express a concept, we offer an artistic
rendering of thoughts through carefully chosen words.
Our linguistic intelligence is what allows us to both recognize
and generate vivid word vignettes. Whether you enjoy novels,
biographies, mysteries, sonnets, haiku, song lyrics, conversations,
soliloquies, or newspaper stories, you can develop greater word
awareness by focusing on descriptive phrases.
In our everyday speech, we tend to speak in phrases and
punctuate these with expressions, pauses, gestures, or laughter.
Although the words themselves convey meaning, the total picture
we create is a combination of inflection, context, juxtaposition,
and even eye contact.
Don’t think you have your own personal poetry style? Think again.
You use words in your own way, and it’s likely that, given an
assignment to express a particular concept, your version would
have recognizable elements.
Try this test: describe a birthday cake.
There’s a good chance that you would use words to express
the shape, flavor, color, decoration, ingredients, size, and
presentation of a cake, and that the precise way you do that
would be unique when compared to others’ descriptions. In
addition, you’re likely to come up with a different description
if asked to do so a month from now.
You can easily and enjoyably boost your word awareness by
1) selecting a particular cue word as a trigger for mindfulness, or
2) focusing on phrases used in specific settings.
Better yet, try both!
By using a particular word as a mindfulness trigger, you can
watch how others create poetic representations of the same
element.
Ready for your secret food awareness word?
Here it is: morsel.
Listening for a specific word will develop your ability to
make distinctions in the way it is used and allow you to
watch for subtle variations. Does “morsel” refer to
something creamy or chewy? Is it savory or sweet?
To play with poetry and mindfulness at the same time,
notice phrases used to describe food. Listen to them
with an ear for rhythm, and picture them as lines of a poem.
Read menu descriptions, food articles or cookbooks and
be aware of the adjectives most likely to get your mouth
watering. Sensual words like “succulent” and “luscious”
elicit physiological responses. Pay attention to those, and
listen for the phrases you hear that create especially vivid
sense experiences.
Linking word pictures with taste helps us anchor our
linguistic intelligence with our bodily intelligence, and this
makes our mouths very happy indeed.
Delectable words,
Delicious poetry. Mmmm–
True taste sensation.

This is a guide to setting up a new WHM/cPanel Server to be used for web hosting accounts. It is intended for web hosting company administrators and dedicated server owners. For under $99 per month, it is easier than ever to manage and run your own dedicated server. You can have guaranteed uptime from your datacenter, and outsourced support starting at $30/month. All you need to do is set up the server and get going. Whether it is for a web hosting company or a couple of personal websites, an inexpensive linux server is powerful, reliable, and easy to setup.
WebHostManager(WHM) is a common linux based tool for managing websites on a server. cPanel is a common control panel to manage an individual website. It allows you to add email accounts, view stats, make backups, install programs, etc. These 2 tools are the most inexpensive set used commonly to manage hosting accounts, and you will find them very prevalent in the budget shared hosting world. It usually adds about $20/month to the cost of a dedicated server but provides most of the features of the more expensive tools.
Whenever you order a dedicated server from a datacenter, you will receive a welcome email with details of the server including the server name, ip addresses, and root password. This information will allow you to setup and configure WHM so that you can host websites and use your own custom Domain Nameserver instead of a raw IP address.
The first thing you need to do is the setup of WebHostManager(WHM). This includes configuring the default Domain nameservers, main IP address, and server contact email address.
1) Login to root WHM (http://:2086)
2) In the left margin, click Next to run the setup wizard
3) Agree to the end-user license agreement
4) Edit setup
a. Server contact email address: info@yourdomain.com
b. Default Cpanel theme: x
c. Default home directory: /home
d. Home directory prefix: home
e. Main shared virtual host IP: xx.xxx.xxx.xx (should be main IP of server)
f. Hostname: server.yourserver.com
g. Primary nameserver: dns1.yourserver.com
h. Secondary nameservers: dns2.yourserver.com
i. Leave everything else unchanged
j. Click Save
Next, you need to setup the system quota. To do this follow these instructions:
5) Click Next Step in left margin – system sets up initial quota. No need to wait for initial quota to setup….Click Next Step again
6) DO NOT enable namesever. Click Next Step again
Now we need to setup the Resolver. This is specific to your datacenter and the information will be provided in the Welcome details for your dedicated server.
7) Resolver setup:
a. Click Continue
b. Primary Resolver: xx.xx.xx.xx (this is datacenter specific)
c. Secondary Resolver: xx.xx.xx.xx (this is datacenter specific)
d. Tertiary Resolver: leave blank
e. Click Continue
f. Click Next Step
Not necessary to enter a MySQL root password
9) Click Finish
Initial setup is done, and you should now be able to login to root WHM. Now you can create the accounts needed to setup the nameservers that you want to use on this dedicated server.
1) Login to root WHM again
2) “Create a New Account” (this is to be the main account: yourserver.com). Do not give this account a dedicated IP…. It will use the main server’s shared IP address.
3) Under “IP Functions”, click “Show IP address usage”. If only the main server IP is listed, that means you have to add the additional IP address to the server. Click “Add a New IP address”, and enter: xx.xx.xx.xx-xx Leave subnet mask unchanged, and click “Do It”
4) Click Show/Edit Reserved IPs, and check an IP to reserve it, and enter a reason (i.e. dns2.yourserver.com)
5) Under “DNS Functions” click “Edit DNS Zone”, then select yourserver.com and click “Edit”. Use the main IP address for the first 2 lines and the next IP address assigned to the server for the third line.
a. Under “Add new entries below this line”, enter:
server 14400 IN A xx.xx.xx.xx (leave far right box blank)
dns1 14400 IN A xx.xx.xx.xx (leave far right box blank)
dns2 14400 IN A xx.xx.xx.xx (leave far right box blank)
b. Note: The above entries are DNS entries for the two nameservers being created, and the sever name dana.hostyourself.com. Once you’ve enter the three entries, click “Save”
6) If you get an “Error reloading BIND” error, go to “Restart Services” and click “DNS Server (BIND)”, then click YES to restart Bind.
That’s it! Now the server is all setup and ready to host cPanel hosting account with the nameservers dns1.yourserver.com and dns2.yourserver.com. Of course you still need to go to your registrar and register these 2 new nameservers and wait for normal propagation of 24-48 hours until the new nameservers will work.
If this is a server being setup for a dedicated customer, be sure to tell them:
1) IP addresses of nameservers so he can register them with his registrar
2) Root login information
3) Login info of main account you created for him
4) Tell him NOT to delete the main account, since doing so will also delete the DNS zones you setup above
5) New DNS zones should be added to the old server to help with DNS propagation.
If you follow these simple instructions once you get your server from the datacenter, then you will be ready to load websites and hit the internet. With cheap outsourced support companies available and world class datacenters providing under $99 servers there is no reason not to tackle the world of dedicated servers and web hosting for yourself.

Maximize Your Fat Burning Potential By Kevin Koskella, www.thehealthyburn.net
Are you frustrated by that stubborn fat that seems to stay with you no matter how hard you work out or exercise? Are you getting annoyed that no matter how you eat, you cannot seem to lose that extra 10 pounds you’re carrying around with you?
Many people are in the same boat, from coach potatoes to hard core athletes. They train hard, lose some weight, but then hit a plateau and the fat loss stops. There are reasons for this, but more importantly, there is a solution! Often, even active people are unable to trim down to their ideal weight or shape due to factors such as:
* Eating too much and eating the wrong foods
* Training too HARD (YES! You may need to slow down to burn fat), including not taking recovery days
* Skipping strength training workouts
* Feeling stressed about “getting all your workouts in”
As a former athlete, reality started settling in after I graduated from college and I needed a fitness and nutrition plan that worked! The mac & cheese and meatless spaghetti diet was failing me. I was getting a gut and I was tired all the time. I started making massive changes to my diet and finally got back to being trim and fit and had more natural energy.
The changes I implemented were even more important as I started doing triathlons. As an athlete, you need the energy to train sometimes twice a day, and at the same time, you need to prevent from being broken down and susceptible to colds and flus. You need to keep your endurance up and keep injuries away.
How can you do all this and maximize your fat burning potential?
Here is a great start:
1. Cut out empty calories and simple carbohydrates like potatoes, pasta, and cereal as much as possible.
2. Eat more green vegetables, low fat protein, nuts, and healthy fruit like apples, pears, blueberries and melons.
3. Incorporate immune-boosting coconut oil and heart-healthy omega-3 (fish) oils into your diet.
4. Exercise every day, and keep most of your workouts aerobic, like walking, running, biking, or rollerblading.
5. Reduce stress by adding in 10 minutes a day of quiet meditation. Stress often prevents you from breaking through the plateau that is keeping you from losing that extra 5-15 pounds.
Instead of counting calories, choose the right kind of calories. And, if you are looking to get into the shape of your life without getting sick all the time, you need to train smart, not hard!

Some of you reading this will be aware of the UIEGA legislation that was stealthily passed by the Bush government, but all US gamblers have been impacted by it.
UIEGA, or to give it it’s full name – the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act – was intended not to target the offshore gambling industry directly but to stop the transfer of funds from a financial institution to an Internet gambling site, with the notable exceptions of fantasy sports, online lotteries, and horse/harness racing.
What this has meant in practice for those of you in the USA who like to bet is that it has been more and more difficult to deposit and withdraw cash into internet casinos using your credit card.
The other side effect is that a number of the most recognised (and publically listed) gambling firms pulled out of the USA altogether and stop accepting players from the US.
In all, American gamblers have been left with a diluted choice of US friendly casinos and the gambling industry has actually become less regulated rather than more regulated as a result.
It isn’t within the remit of this article to discuss the political ramifications of UIEGA, but while some reputable online casinos like Cherry Red Casino and Rushmore Casino have thrived, there are so few places for US gamblers to play that a lot of rogues are profiting in this environment. I strongly suggest US players to check out sites like our own USA-Players-Welcome.com to find the reputable casinos and to take online casino bonus codes from places where you have truly read the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.
I don’t mean this to come across quite as doom-laden as it is. There are still good online casinos out there which will accept your credit cards and do pay out in a timely fashion. Just be careful where you choose to play, until UIEGA is finally done away with.
